Lindsay Gets a Ticket!

I wish i could say it was for the over-wearing of Tights but alas, it is not. It is however for parking, i love how she gets her license back begining of the week and is already getting parking tickets. If we were destined to be together, she'll be getting a speeding fine any day now.
